A) Hole in the Heart Surgeries for Poor children.
10 Surgeries to be done in Sri lanka @ cost of LKR 4.5 Million
2 Surgeries Already done in August 2021
Balance Surgeries to be planned in coming months.Due to Panademic , one of the Generous Donor
who promised two surgeries /month , He is facing financial problems. We need to look for Alternate
Donors,
Need support from Club Members and other donors.
B) 75 Heart Surgeries to be done in Mata Amrutha Hospital Cochin/Kerala/India Total Project
Cost:USD:192000.
We will be training 30 Nurses from Sri Lanka and 3 Doctors on Paediatric surgery and after care .
Its Global Grant Project and on going Project
Will start sending patients in Batches , once Covid travel restrictions are over.
C) Dialysis Centre with 20 Dialysis Machines @ Cost of LKR 80 Million.
We have Donors for the Dialysis Machines,RO Plant,Etc.
We may need 2 Million from our club for One dialysis Machine.
Project got delayed,As we could not sign MOU With Health Ministry and CMC due to covid Curfew
and lockdowns.
D) Drinking water and Toilet Projects for School Children in Rural areas.
Need Assessment and Project report to be Prepared.Due to Covid lockdown and travel restrictions
since July 2021,Could not do.
